He has also practiced under Saraswati Jois in Mysore India, and Hamish Hendry at Ashtanga Yoga London amongst others.\nAbout:\nAshtanga vinyasa yoga is a dynamic, challenging, sequential asana (posture) based practice of yoga that combines the principles of\nPatanjali’s eight limbs and T Krishnamacharya and K Pattabhi Jois’s development of linking movements together.\nThe class is an introduction to the primary series – led through the standing postures up to the first few seated postures.\nThe postures can be modified or adapted to suit all abilities.\nBenefits of the class:\n● Learn breath control\n● Build strength\n● Focus the mind\nTestimonials:\n”Tom, I really enjoyed the course and thought you were very thoughtful in how you taught us the sequences and very supportive! \nThank you!
