SUMMARY:Men’s sharing and breathwork circle – Vaughan Dagnell
DESCRIPTION:MENS SHARING AND BREATHWORK CIRCLE\n\nJoin Vaughan on the for a Men’s Sharing and Breathwork Circle.\n\nThis is a space where men can speak openly, explore what lies behind the masks we wear in day to day life, and connect with other men in a healthy space.\n\nThe sharing circle is an invitation to explore emotions, experiences, challenges, concerns, goals and successes. Sharing vulnerability can be cathartic and empowering. There is often a sense of relief and lightness as we let thoughts and feelings out of the echo chamber of the mind in a non-judgmental space. You have permission to offer and receive support and feedback, and to co-create an arena for growth and self development.\n\nYou will then be guided in conscious connected breathwork. This is a tool to step back from the internal narratives, self judgment and control patterns of the mind. This is a self healing modality that supports grounding, self compassion, and clarity. Blocked energy and emotions can soften and recalibrate, allowing  greater acceptance and compassion for aspects of life that have been challenging.\n\nAfter the breathe you will then move into groups of 2 or 3 men and have the opportunity to share insights, reflection and build connection.\n\n\nAbout your facilitator\n\nVaughan is a trained yoga, breathwork, mindfulness and wellbeing facilitator. Having worked in media production for over 20 years before following his passion for wellbeing, he is fully aware of the pressures of life, and his work is guided by tools he continues to use to help navigate mental health and emotional challenges. He strives to creates spaces and experiences that allow people to thrive rather than simply survive.\n\nTrained in level two Non-Violent Communication (NVC), motivational interviewing and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Vaughan has also worked with people alcohol and substance use issues, facilitating groups and offering 1:1 support. His work explores a hybrid of cognitive and somatic work to find balance and flow in everyday life.\n
