DESCRIPTION:About the class:\nOlivia teaches a 60 minute yoga class for people living with and after cancer, which includes a combination of gentle asanas,\nvinyasa flows and nourishing breathwork, which is adaptable to all levels. There is plenty of time to rest in Savasana at the end of\nthe practice, where Olivia may offer a guided meditation or a shortened yoga nidra practice.
